The conference will be held in the School of Hotel and Tourism Management (SHTM) at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. The SHTM is equipped with state-of-the-art conference facilities and consists of a 300-seat lecture theatre and a number of function rooms where the breakout sessions would be held. All lecture halls and conference rooms are equipped with audio-visual facilities.

Any full-time student who has registered for the conference may apply for staying in the PolyU Student Halls of Residence (Homantin) between 30 June and 4 July 2015 (4 nights). Please send your full name, gender, and preferred room type to hsgracey@polyu.edu.hk by 31 March 2015 together with a proof of your full-time student status. A surcharge may apply for any modification or cancellation of a confirmed booking. Room types and fee structure are as follows:
9-Person-Suite
(Combination of 3 Double Rooms, 1 Triple Room, 1 living room and 2 sets of shared washrooms and showers)
Remarks:
-
Guests of different genders (even for married couples) will not be assigned to the same room/suite, nor the same wing.
-
As there is no en-suite bathroom and washroom in the double or triple rooms inside the 9-person suites, guests residing in these rooms will have to share these facilities with other guests in the same suite.
